Just France has been renting fine properties in France to a world-wide clientele since 1991. As our name implies, we specialize exclusively in France. Our collection of personally qualified properties for short-term rent in France includes renovated farmhouses in the countryside of Provence, luxury Mediterranean villas in the sunny South of France and elegant apartments in the City of Light - Paris. Our collection also includes select properties in Southwestern France (Dordogne), the Loire Valley, the environs of Paris, the South Atlantic Coast (Aquitaine) and Burgundy. Our mission is to turn your fondest dream about renting a home in France into a living reality.
The Just France staff is ready to advise you personally on our many properties throughout France. All property advisors are French speakers and devoted Francophiles, and they travel to France several times a year to meet with owners, update their knowledge of existing properties and to inspect and photograph new houses, villas and apartments for offering to our clientele. Annie Flogaus
in BiarritzAnnie Flogaus, Just France Owner and President. Annie has been with Just France since 1996 and has personally assisted thousands of clients. Annie has been awarded special recognition by Condé Nast Traveler for six consecutive years as a Top Villa Rental Specialist and is a recommended Villa Specialist for France on truth.travel. A French major with a business minor from Duke University, Annie loves to travel and experience the French lifestyle and the cuisine. Her extensive journeys throughout France and especially Provence have allowed her to develop a real understanding of French culture and to scratch the surface of understanding the French people! Annie and her husband Dave have a son in second grade and a three year-old daughter.
Mouna Hilali
at a mill house in DourdanMouna Hilali joined Just France in 2007. Mouna took her baccalauréat in Achères and obtained degrees in Management and International Commerce in France. She worked in France as an assistant at a real estate agency and at the after sales department at the headquarters of MG Rover France. Mouna is our Paris Specialist and also takes care of many administrative duties for Just France. She lives in Philadelphia and enjoys movies, fashion, decoration and cooking.
Madeleine Franconi joined Just France in 2010 having already worked for several years in the specialized travel industry. Madeleine’s enthusiasm for all things French has its roots in her year abroad in Aix-en-Provence through Villanova University where she received her BA in French in 2005. She was lucky enough to return to the South of France to teach in the French public school system, developing an English curriculum for three primary schools. During her time in France, she traveled extensively and visited many towns and villages which she is now encountering again with Just France. Madeleine has a special fondness for French cuisine and loves to stay active through dance. Having visited many apartments in our Paris collection, she currently works with clients traveling to Paris and also helps with special arrangements for clients traveling to the French countryside.
While booking direct with an owner may result in savings, we would like to point out the numerous advantages of working with a reputable agency like Just France.All properties available for rent through Just France have been personally inspected and qualified by at least one member of our staff. We will not offer a property for rent unless we are confident it meets our high standards. Regular re-visits assure properties are well-maintained.
