With the exception of Paris apartments, all Fleur de Lys properties have a swimming pool. Several properties have impeccably maintained, regulation-sized hard-surface tennis courts suitable for the most demanding player. All properties are within a reasonable drive of well-maintained courts open to the public.

OTHER STANDARD AMENITIES

Except where noted in the long descriptions accompanying each property, all Fleur de Lys homes have a dishwasher, separate washing machine and dishwasher, stereo system with CD player, and television with cable or satellite hookup with CNN reception. All properties also have the capability of Internet hookup through the telephone line or, in many cases, a high-speed Internet connection, some equipped with Wi-Fi.
